Paul has more than 30 years of broad manufacturing experience which includes the ownership, oversight, management and leadership of numerous businesses. He has a strong entrepreneurial spirit with a technical and financial background, which has led to his successful involvement in numerous business start-ups, acquisitions, turnarounds, mergers and roll-ups. Paul combines vision and strategy with a no-nonsense approach to business development and operations. He believes that successful businesses are built around excellent people, processes and integrity. Paul currently serves on the Board of several innovative companies and organizations. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison as well as an MBA from the University of Wisconsin -Madison.
Roland is a Senior Executive with over 20 years of operating experience as President, Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President, and Vice President of Finance of various companies. The companies ranged in size from $30 million to $1.6 billion in annual turnover. Roland Parker is a founding member of Sparta Capital Partners; a Milwaukee based private equity company. Roland’s financial, operating, and management experience, as well as his extensive knowledge in accounting, finance, taxation, IT, etc., gives him a well-rounded business perspective. That expertise combined with his deep national and international experience with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures, positions him as a key advisor to companies competing in the global marketplace. Roland has Accounting, Finance, Money, and Banking Degrees from the University of Wisconsin Madison and an Executive MBA from the University of Tennessee. During the course of his career, he earned his CPA and continued his education via extensive training in areas such as IT, Human Resource Management, Six Sigma, LEAN manufacturing, and strategic planning. Roland has served on various Boards throughout his career.
Bruce is an attorney in the Business Law department of Foley & Lardner, LLP law firm. He joined Foley in 1997 and has a diverse practice that includes project finance using New Market Tax Credits and economic development incentives, general business counseling, transactions/M&A, and urban redevelopment with a focus on brownfields. Bruce has structured and implemented dozens of complex financing/funding transactions to facilitate the acquisition or expansion of businesses, including Super Steel. Bruce is a true believer in the value of community and family/locally owned businesses that can take the long view. He has been instrumental in a number of major Milwaukee initiatives, including the redevelopment of the Menomonee Valley, financing the development of Discovery World at Pier Wisconsin, expansion of the Hank Aaron State Trail and most recently, introduction of Bublr Bikes, a bikeshare system for the Milwaukee region. Bruce is regarded as a creative problem solver and as one of the founders of Accelity, he brings determination to help grow the Accelity family of businesses for generations to come.
